3 years ago I held my first Wine + Spain theme and it was a hit! So I’m really excited to be diving back into the gorgeous wine, food and general good vibes this country has to offer.
With immersive education, new discoveries and creative pairings, I will transport you to sun-soaked vineyards and bustling streets lined with tapas bars.
Together we’ll taste through two delicious bottles of vino, each one coming to life with some special Spanish-inspired snack pairings; you know the drill (and if you don’t, why not come find out 🥂)!
We will explore:
- Why + How the wines taste like they do (looking at grapes, regions, grape growing, winemaking, labelling and more)
- Why + How the pairings work *so* well (and what to avoid!)

What's included in the price?
The ticket price includes:
- 1 x memorable 90 minute wine and food tasting event led by a passionate, experienced wine expert (hello!)
- 1 x professional guide to enjoy afterwards with key points plus menu and film pairings for the wines tasted (collect them all to create a fun reference book!)
- 1 x printable tasting mat with space to write down any thoughts
- 1 x tailored shopping list with plenty of options
- Tips on how to set up and preserve the wines
When are the sessions and how long are they?
I typically hold them on the first two Fridays of each month, at 7pm UK time (8pm my time!) and they last approx. 90 minutes. All you have to do is choose which date! Some months there may be a Saturday date instead.
How do I book future sessions?
Tickets for each month’s session will be released 1-2 weeks in advance. I will share when they are live on Instagram. If you join my mailing list you will be invited to my Private Sales which happen 3-4 weeks before – it’s first come first served (and they’ve been known to sell out during the Private Sales)! These Sales also include Early Bird pricing.
Who can join?
Anyone! You are all welcome, regardless of your country or continent: the world of wine is a global affair.
Whether you have zero wine knowledge or are a big wine fanatic, each session is guaranteed to leave you with that feel-good wow factor.
Can I join with my friends/partner?
Of course! Small groups (4 people max.) and couples are welcome to join using the same device, just request the required amount of tickets when booking!
Do I need to join every session?
Not at all! The club operates on a pay-as-you-go basis so you can book onto whatever session takes your fancy. I also have a fabulous annual membership scheme for the keen wine and food lovers out there!
How does it work?
It’s easy!
- Book your place
- Pay via a secure e-link
- Receive an email with the wine + snack shopping list (with plenty of options depending on your location), resources and Zoom invite
- Pick up the goodies when you next pop to the shops or buy online
- Set up using my simple guide (e.g. open wine, grab your glasses…)
- Log on, click the Zoom link and enjoy!
Don't we all need the same wines?
Not at all!
My lists ensure we all have the same grape/region/style but likely different examples depending on which supermarket or shop you choose to buy from and where in the world you are based.
This is what makes it even more fun and insightful, not to mention accessible – showing you what else is out there and giving everyone a chance to join the fun! Trust me, it is tried, tested and awesome.
What if I can't find the wines or snacks on the list?
Don’t worry! Pick up something similar if you’re comfortable doing so – or send me a quick email and I will pop over some extra choices for you. I’m here to make the whole experience as relaxing as possible!
