What's included in the price?
The standard pay-as-you-go ticket price includes:
- 1 x memorable 90 minute wine tasting event led by a passionate, experienced wine expert (hello!)
- 1 x professional guide to enjoy afterwards with key points plus meal and film pairings for the wines tasted (collect them to create a fun reference book!)
- 1 x printable tasting mat pack (inc. space to write any thoughts + a detailed list of common wine descriptors for anyone wanting to expand their vocab while they taste)
- 1 x tailored shopping list with plenty of options
- Tips on how to set up for the event and preserve leftover wine
What is the DIY tier and how does it work?
This is for people who can’t join the live events – for whatever reason – but still want access to the exclusive shopping list, creative pairings and other SLL intel.
You will receive an email on the date of the first event with an exciting bundle of Goodies that will let you in on what wines and snacks to buy, any prep required, what order to enjoy everything in and what to look out for or consider during your at-home experience. It comes complete with all resources, including a printable tasting mat set and the ‘after’ guide (with some key facts and meal/film pairings for the bottles tasted – to keep the good times rolling).
When are the events and how long are they?
They’re held on the first two weekends of the month (on either a Friday or Saturday), at 7pm UK time and last approx. 90 minutes. All you have to do is choose your preferred date when booking.
I've booked an event but can no longer attend!
Don’t worry! You’ll still get all the resources. I will also send you the event’s prompt sheet so you can DIY. Plus, I allow everyone one ‘free-pass’ per year, meaning you can use your ticket for a future event!
Who can join?
Anyone! You’re all welcome, regardless of your country or continent: the world of wine is a global affair so if you can make the time, come along!
Anyone also refers to any wine knowledge level; regardless of how much or how little you know about wine, you will all gain something wonderful from these events. This is how The SLL Club has been designed.
Can I join with my friends/partner?
Of course! Small groups (4 people max.) and couples are welcome to join using the same device, just request the required amount of tickets when booking! 1 ticket = 1 person.
Do I need to join every event?
Not at all! The club operates on a pay-as-you-go basis so you can book onto whatever event takes your fancy. I also have a fabulous membership tier for those wanting the full experience and then some.
When are tickets released?
Tickets for each month’s events will be released 1-2 weeks in advance. I will share when they are live on Instagram or you can check back here. If you join my mailing list you will be invited to my Private Sales which happen earlier and have early-bird pricing. It’s first come, first served (and events have been known to sell out during the Private Sales) so being on the mailing list is worthwhile!
If you’re a Member, you automatically get a place at all events and have first pick of which date you’d prefer each month (plus access to recordings so you never miss out!).

- Receive an email with the wine + snack shopping list (with plenty of options depending on your location), resources and Zoom invite
- Pick up the goodies when you next pop to the shops or buy online
- Set up using my simple guide (e.g. open wine, grab your glasses)
- Log on, click the Zoom link and enjoy!
Don't we all need the same wines?
Not at all!
My lists ensure we all have the same grape/region/style but likely different examples depending on which supermarket or shop you choose to buy from and where in the world you are based.
This is what makes it even more fun and insightful, not to mention accessible – showing you what else is out there and giving everyone a chance to join the fun! Trust me, it is tried, tested and awesome.
What if I can't find the wines or snacks on the list?
Don’t worry! Pick up something similar if you’re comfortable doing so – or send me a quick email and I will pop over some extra choices for you. I’m here to make the whole experience as relaxing as possible!
What currencies do you accept?
Payment can be made in GBP 🇬🇧 EUR 🇪🇺 or USD 🇺🇸 just select your option when booking (for USD, conversion will be made from the EUR amount at the current rate).
